Our company designs many videowall solutions for individual projects. One of such projects was the development of 5 × 4 videowall mount for the Kharkiv Palace hotel. The videowall consists of 20 displays of 49 inch diagonal.
It would seem nothing special – there are standard mounts for such projects. But nothing is as simple as it seems.
Because of the room’s feature, the only possible videowall mount is to the ceiling. The videowall is fixed to the floor with only special glue. The reliability focus is the ceiling fixation..
The space at the videowall location is limited in width to 4 meters. Therefore, the videowall radius was carefully designed by our design department. Our designers also developed special connectors that immediately fix the radius during installation.
The total structure height is 3.7 m., width – 4 m.
Due to our standard 3D mounting plates, it wasn’t difficult to create a seamless videowall. 3D mounts are micro-adjustable in 3 planes.
